The production of Humanities-Islamic Sciences is one of the concerns that has attracted the attention of various revealed discourses. However, not addressing the methodological foundations of using revelation in this field has led many studies to face the challenge of being unmethodical. Since the juxtaposition of reason (ʻAql), revelation (Waḥy), and experience in the humanities can impose or confuse the researcher, in the present study, by considering the descriptive propositions of revelation as the axis of the research process, an attempt has been made to explain the methodological foundations in a comprehensive and coherent manner. Based on that, the challenges of using revelation in scientific research should be resolved. In this regard, the theory of "jurisprudence of knowledge" has been considered an alternative to theories such as additional jurisprudence and Qurānīc-Ḥadīth approaches. Description-oriented, emphasis on guiding evidence, and the use of all religious sources are among the three main characteristics of this theory. In this study, by utilizing the rational-deductive method, features such as citation-oriented, creating interaction between knowledge sources, justifiability of the overall use of evidence, creating interaction between jurisprudential rulings and scientific guidelines, and finally the possibility of utilizing the testing element are considered other features of the proposed approach.

فقه المعارف وخصائصه المنهجیة.
چکیده [العربیة]إنتاج العلوم الإنسانیة الإسلامیة من بین الهموم التی تشغل بال مختلف الخطابات الوحیانیة. إلا أن عدم التطرق إلى الأسس المنهجیة لاستخدام الوحی فی هذا المجال، قد جعل العدید من البحوث تواجه تحدی انعدام المنهجیة. حیث أن الجمع بین العقل والوحی والتجربة فی العلوم الإنسانیة، یمکن أن یعرض الباحث إلى الوقوع فی التحمیل أو الالتقاط.
فی هذا البحث، اعتمدنا على البیانات الوصفیة للوحی کمرکز أساسی للعملیة البحثیة، وقد تم بذل الجهد لتوضیح الأسس المنهجیة بطریقة شاملة ومتکاملة، وعلى أساسها یتم التغلب على تحدیات استخدام الوحی فی البحوث العلمیة.
فی هذا السیاق، تعتبر نظریة "فقه المعارف" بدیلاً عن نظریات مثل "الفقه المضاف" والمناهج القرآنیة والحدیثیة، وتُعتبر الوصفیة والتأکید على الأدلة الإرشادیة، والاستفادة من جمیع المصادر الدینیة، ثلاث سمات رئیسیة لهذا النهج.
اعتمد هذا البحث على المنهج العقلی الاستنباطی، ورکز على مجموعة من الممیزات، منها: الاعتماد على المصادر، والتفاعل بین المصادر المعرفیة المختلفة، وإمکانیة تبریر استخدام الأدلة مجتمعة، والترابط بین الأحکام الفقهیة والتعلیمات العلمیة، بالإضافة إلى إمکانیة الاستفادة من عنصر الاختبار من بین المیزات الأخرى للنهج المقترح.
